Alexandre Penet is a brand new range from the house of Penet-Chardonnet
With an accent on the Pinots, Cuvée Extra Brut is based on the excellent 2008 vintage plus 30% reserve wines.
A fine balance between richness and persistent minerality. 5 gr/l dosage
A. Bergère, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru
A. Bergère is based in Fèrebrianges although the wines for this Blanc de Blancs come exclusively from Avize
A blend of wines from 2006/07/08
7-8 gr/l dosage
Classic Chardonnay characteristics of citrus and brioche. Persistent Grand Cru finish
Penet-Chardonnet Réserve, Grand Cru, Brut Nature

Limited production of only 5,000 bottles each individually numbered
Bottled in 2002 and aged on the lees until the disgorgement date shown on the back label

A rosé of a unique style from this lesser-known area. Based mainly on 2006 vintage
Rich in colour and produced from old vines to give intense aromas and flavours
45% PN, 40% PM plus 15% Brouillet rouge. Full of cherry, almond and raspberry flavours.

The latest vintage from Aspasie. To be officially released at LIWF
Approximately 1/3 of each grape variety from especially old vines
Fresh and yet vinous. Excellent match with flavourful dishes. Try it with soufflé au Chaource
