April in Champagne is Tasting Month, or at least Tasting Week.

De Sousa is an organic and biodynamic producer from the village so Avize. They have recently announbced two new cuvées: one called Mycorhize which you can see in this video and another cuvée to be launched in September called Umami. You can learn all about that one in the next video, coming soon
